Who else likes getting up early? Yeah, probably not many. I may also be in the minority when I say I love scrambled egg whites. Seriously though, these taste like they are whole eggs.

I think most of us have probably eaten the I’d-rather-forget-those scrambled egg whites. Yup, me too. This recipe is in your hands is because I like good food. And I was pretty certain egg whites could be good.

I stood by the stove one morning, ready to make scrambled egg whites, and racking my brain for something to take them to another level. The moment I thought of Red Palm Oil I knew it was the answer. Paired with Nutritional Yeast it gives a rich, cheesy flavor packing in some extra health benefits. Eat it with a slice or two of toast, and you’ve got the energy you need to start off your morning!

Ingredients
  1. 3 Egg Whites
  2. 1 tsp. Red Palm Oil
  3. 1 TBSP. Nutritional Yeast
  4. Sprinkle Seasoned Salt
Instructions
  1. 1. Heat up a skillet, and melt the red palm oil.
  2. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well and fry until done.
